Full Tilt Poker FAQ

What does Full Tilt Poker deduct from MGR?

Full Tilt Poker deducts bonuses, tournament overlays, payment processing fees and points spent in the store.

What are payment processing fees?

Poker rooms are charged for all deposit methods and some cashout methods. Full Tilt Poker shares these fees with affiliates. We are forced to pass these onto rakeback players. These fees range from 3-10% of your deposit depending on the method. Full Tilt Poker also charges $11.75 to cash out by check and $25 to cash out by cash transfer.

What are tournament overlay deductions?

Full Tilt Poker deducts tournament overlays. This means that if you play in a freeroll or in a guaranteed tournament that does not meet the minimum number of players than your MGR will be deducted by the value of your seat. This means that if you play in a $1000 freeroll with 1000 players then your MGR would be deducted $1. This goes for Iron Man freerolls as well.

What is the deduction for points spent in the Full Tilt Poker store?

For every 1000 points you spend in the Full Tilt Poker store your MGR is deducted by $5. This is a net rakeback loss of $1.35 per 1000 points.

Why do I have a negative balance on a certain day?

This is because you either cleared part of a bonus that day, bought something in the store, had a tournament overlay that was more than your tournament entry fee or had a payment processed.

I know I played on a certain day, why don’t I have stats?

Poker rooms don’t always update daily or their site was down when our importer checked stats for the day. Your stats from a missing day show up in the next reporting day. It is also possible that you are not in the same time zone as Full Tilt Poker and your play fell on the following day.

My roommate already has an account at Full Tilt Poker. I want to have my own Full Tilt Poker account. Can I have one?

Yes, but be prepared to show proof of identity.

How soon do I need to play after signing up to keep my rakeback?

In the first 60 days after signing up through us for rakeback you must at some point have your balance equal or greater than $25. You can do this by deposit, transfer or by freeroll winnings. If your transfer or freeroll winnings are less than $25 it will still count if you can get your balance up to $25 at any point in the first 60 days.

It has been 61 or more days since I signed up and I lost rakeback, now what?

Email us so we can discuss your options.
