As a new player, you need to earn 1 Party Point during the week prior (February 6th-February 12th qualifies you for the February 19th tournament). The $5,000 Bi-Weekly Tournament requires 100 Party Points ($50 in rake) to be earned during the previous 15 day period (February 1st to February 15th qualifies you for the February 19th tournament.
