Betfair $20,000 Saturday Magic Hands
12/21/2010Betfair has introduced a $20,000 Magic Hands promotion, a way for players to receive compensation for their bad beats when losing on the river with specific variations of AA, KK or JJ on the river. The promotion will run all day each Saturday GMT, which is currently 5 hours ahead of ET.
A player who uses both hole cards and plays to a showdown on any Texas Hold'em ring money game where three or more players are dealt cards will receive a cash prize for receiving the following bad beats:
Lose with Ace of Spades/Ace of Diamonds on the river: receive cashback bonus of 50x the big blind
Lose with black pockets Kings on the river: receive cashback bonus of 40x the big blind
Lose with red pocket Jacks on the river: receive cashback bonus of 30x the big blind
In order to make a claim for a prize, you must send an email to magichands@betfair.com and include the Hand ID and your username. Payments will be subject to a cap of $200.
