Rake Tracker Player Hits $462,000 Merge Jackpot

The winning player, JhonB75, lost the hand with pocket 7s against 6s5s. The board finished up 3s, 7c, 4s, 7s, Kc. Losing the hand pocketed JhonB75 with a cool $162,000. The player who won the hand took home just over $80,000. The remainder of the prize pool went to the rest of the lucky players sitting at the table. Of the amount that isn't paid, 20% is used to seed the next jackpot and 10% given to Merge Gaming as an admin fee.
Bad Beat Jackpot Explained
To qualify for the Bad Beat Jackpot at Carbon Poker, a player must first sit at a Bad Beat Jackpot table. These can be found at the No Limit Hold'em games at $0.50/$1.00 to $5/$10 or $1/$2-$5/$10 at Limit Hold'em. Once at a table, a player must lose with Quad 7s or higher to qualify for the prize. Four players must be dealt cards and both the winning and losing players must use both hole cards. A $0.50 rake is taken from each raked pot to fund the jackpot.
